Another not-so-recently finished project designed by Pickles is the Bat Top (Flaggermustopp). I apologize for the appalling photography.
When it was done, it was quite short (something went wrong with the row gauge in my yarn substitution - usually I'm good at swatching, but apparently not this time), so I picked up stitched around the lower hem and added more of an actual hem there. It works fine. Not the most practical garment to wear - poncho-like sweaters never really are - but it's nice and comfy to wear.
